All transactions are carried out exclusively through the 3D Secure system. The cardholder's card details performing the transaction are protected.

If the currency of the Cardholder's Card does not match the transaction currency, the conversion is carried out in accordance with the rules defined by the relevant payment and settlement system and the Card issuing Bank.

Delivery Terms

Delivery within Yerevan is carried out within 2-3 hours, depending on the order and the address specified by the customer.

The following tariffs and time periods apply for delivery:

Delivery, packaging, and other expenses are covered by the buyer. The price indicated on the website does not include delivery and additional costs. Each buyer has the opportunity to choose the delivery option (delivery cost, timeframe).

In ShoeZone, payment can be made in two ways: online or in cash. Online payments are made through ARCA, Ardshinbank online banking, and Idram payment systems. Cardholders with ARCA, Virtual ARCA, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted. Cash payments are made at the time of delivery in AMD (RA drams). Payment via POS terminal is also accepted.

1. Once the Products to be purchased are selected and added to the Customer's Cart, the Customer initiates the Checkout process, during which they must choose one of the payment options available on the website.

2. If an online payment option is selected, the Customer is redirected to an external website to complete the online payment. The Customer's order (Purchase Order) is considered accepted when the online payment is successful and the funds are debited from the Customer's account for the respective purchase. In case of cash payment, the Purchase Order is considered accepted upon completing the purchase.

3. Payment terms are controlled by third-party banks, as well as payment and settlement organizations with which Sketchers cooperates.

4. By choosing a payment option, the Customer confirms that they are aware of and agree to the rules of third-party banks or payment and settlement organizations, and that the Customer undertakes to unconditionally follow them and these Terms.

5. If an online payment option is selected, the Customer must pay the full amount specified in the Purchase Order, which is calculated at the time of placing the order. In case of incomplete payment (Insufficient Payment or Insufficient Funds), the Purchase Order will be considered invalid and will not be processed in the system. In this case, the payment will be canceled, and no funds will be charged to the Customer.

6. At the moment of placing the order in the system, relevant notifications and e-mail messages are sent to the Customer and the Service Providers involved in the Purchase Order as a confirmation of the Service purchase.

If you do not wish to sign a contract, delivery will be carried out only after the amount is transferred to our account. In that case, our operator will contact you immediately to agree on the exact delivery time. The corresponding tax invoice will also be sent with the order.

The prices of the products presented on the website are final and include all taxes.
